Before you reach out

Questions people often ask.

Can't see yours? Ask it in the form above. There are no silly questions at this stage.

Do you work with organisations outside Ghana?

Yes. We're based in Accra and work with organisations across West Africa and internationally, with remote collaboration built into how we deliver.

Can you take over an existing website or platform?

Yes. We usually start by reviewing what's already in place, then modernise it, rebuild it, or simply take over day-to-day care through Pitchroute WebOps™.

Do you only build, or do you support things after launch?

Both. Our work runs from Transform through Build to Operate, so we can stay on to monitor, maintain and improve what we deliver.

How do you price projects?

After an initial conversation we scope the work and propose either a fixed-scope project or an ongoing arrangement, depending on what fits the problem best.

What if I'm not sure what I need yet?

That's a common starting point. Choose “Not sure” in the form, describe the situation, and we'll help you work out the right next step.
